Sure, you can just button mash through her text, but it's still a massive problem.Īs for the weapons, they're okay. Hell, sometimes she'll do less then that. And trust me, that crap gets annoying real fast.ģ.Alia: She explains the most obvious sh*t to the player and she interprets you every 5 seconds. And if the shuttle fails, you lose access to zero PERMANENTLY! And if you picked Zero and powered him up with all the upgrades, then you're screwed unless you do a lot of back tracking or reload your save file.Ģ.The Ping Sound: When characters speak, a annoying ping sound will play during the text and every time a character speaks. The first one isn't that much of a problem, but the second one determines if you get the good or bad ending. What I mean by that is that the enigma cannon and the shuttle have a low success rate. Now it's time to get into X5's flaws.ġ.RNG Endings: For some stupid reason, they thought it was a good idea to make the endings RNG. When you get it, you can do infinite nova strikes.
You can obtain it by entering a cheat code or getting to the end of Sigma stage 3 without using a armor. Sure, it let's you walk on spikes, but you can't charge special weapons, your walking speed is reduced, and the charge shot sucks. The third is the grea armor, which blows. While you're flying in the air, nothing can hurt you besides instant kill scenarios and a few enemies. The charge shot sucks, but it's got a feature that let's you fly in the air for a few seconds. Although, you don't have infinite ammo for special weapons anymore, but it's reduced by 50%. First of which, is the returning fourth armor which is as good as it was last time. The armor upgrades or should I say sets because there's more then one. My favorite stages are Axle The Red, Matt Rex, and The Skiver. *cough* *cough* Duff Mcwhalen and Squid Alder *cough* *cough*. Some of them great while others are either annoying or boring. Before I get into that, the stages are a mixed bag. My favorites are the opening/Mega Man 3 weapon get, The boss theme, Duff Mcwhalen, Squid Alder, Matt Rex, Axle The Red, X Vs Zero, and Sigma's first phase. Some of it is bland or forgettable, but some of it is great.
